This was ultra exclusive, non guests had no access to it, until now! Visit Apuao, see why the Australians loved this island so much. Take a short trek to its highest point and see a view like no other… You’ll love the Philippines even more when you see what we have hidden in our islands. Day tour, picked up from Bagasbas, speed boat rental, lunch and a snack, P850. You can opt to do this on your second day at the beach if the sports don’t attract you. Contact Boy 0999-3779986.

This looks like a cool event! Wish I could attend. I get I’ll have better luck next year. Kudos for writing such an informative and helpful post Claire!
Thanks Lois, I actually thought about you when I was writing this post coz of your recent visit to Baler
Wow, I’m glad to see that there is a market now for active travel in the Philippines. Before I left we did not have these options. Medyo do it yourself. Plus I had to go to Siargao to surf!
I’m also amazed about the adventures and activities on offer now in our country. Even the mountaineering community is truly blossoming. Zip lines, water sport adventures and some extreme sports are starting to pick up too complete with tour operators. Sana tuloy-tuloy na
wow! i didn’t know na next month na pala ito… at ang daming activities na pwedeng gawin.. I haven’t been to Camarines Norte, sana makapunta ako… thanks for sharing this Claire! =D
It’s not late yet to plan, I’m also planning to go so I could finally visit Calaguas as well. But there is also the Aliwan Festival in Manila. Which is which?
kaso puno na talag ang sked ko for April eh, consideration din ang budget… wahahaha!!! =D
grabe ka mervs, certified lakwatsero!
Ah, all the more reason to enjoy this festival. Daming events claire? matetest talaga ang endurance mo!
I think surfing will be the most challenging for me. I have been playing volleyball since I was 10 and I love frisbee and wall climbing.I’m a poor swimmer though so surfing will also test my patience
While I’m not into surfing, I’d be interested in seeing people do their thing on water. For relaxation, I’d be happy to hit Calaguas.
Same here, I’llprobably go to this event mainly to have a sidetrip to Calaguas Island
wow….mukhang maganda ung event kaso lang d ako marunong magsurf…hehehehe…sana matutunan ko din un…hehehe…
di din ako marunong magsurf, pero suitable yung waves sa Bagasbas Beach for beginners
Are you going? I would love to learn how to surf but unfortunately, I’m not a good swimmer. hehe
Yep parang gusto ko nga, I’m just waiting to book my flight back to Oz this April before I can finalize it, punta ka din, enjoy to
